TPL is seeking suitably qualified training staff for its newly contracted projects in the Delaware Permian Basin in New Mexico and West Texas. The immediate need are for Trainers in the Mechanical, Electrical, Operations and Instrumentation and Controls skill sets who should be certified assessors and excellent communicators with broad based training experience.

  1. The Trainers will be required to perform the following activities:
    1. Facilitate task analysis sessions with Operations and Maintenance personnel. The outcome of these sessions shall be a list of operations and maintenance tasks to be performed, tasks requiring procedures and personnel (i.e. number and crafts) required to operate and maintain the production operations.
    1. Provide subject matter expert input to the development of technician training programs curriculum and career progression roadmaps. A comprehensive Onboarding Training program will need to be developed as part of the team’s deliverables.
    1. Directly mentor (i.e. provide mentorship during an apprentice process) craft specific technicians once they have completed academic preparation. The output of this mentorship will be certification that the technician(s) is competent to perform specific tasks.



  1. Task analysis, training program development, and technician craft specific roadmaps development will occur at The Woodlands, Texas. Ongoing periodic modifications will occur in New Mexico or West Texas.
  1. Direct mentorship of craft specific technicians and training delivery will be in New Mexico or West Texas.


This four year contract requires the successful candidate/s being assigned to TPL’s office or its clients office in The Woodlands, Texas. Only US based staff either US citizens or resident aliens should apply.
Compensation will be in the region of US$ 700 per professional work day for The Woodlands assignment along with life support per diem where applicable.
